Ronit Dey

Ronit Dey is a rising junior at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham, North Carolina. He is passionate about the intersection of science and business where he works actively to make an impact on the world and his community. Ronit works with nonprofits to improve their operational systems along with IT professionals. To date, Ronit and his teams have delivered an estimated $150,000 in pro-bono technology consulting services to nonprofits in the Charlotte Metro area. He was also recently invited American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) after placing 1st in his state’s science fair for his chemistry research into a novel method of creating rocket fuel on Mars. At school, Ronit enjoys participating in DECA and FBLA, where he has placed on the state level two times in a row. Outside of school, he enjoys watching Formula 1, playing basketball with his friends, and traveling to new places.
